Andrew Bennett is an Assistant Professor of Management at Old Dominion University. He recently completed a post-doc at the University of Alabama after earning his Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University, M.A. from Gonzaga University, and B.S. from Clemson University. His research focuses on how employees recover from work stress, employee engagement and burnout, and evidence-based management, and he has published in several leading academic journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organizational Research Methods, and Academy of Management Learning and Education. In addition, he has worked on projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies and national non-profits as both a researcher and consultant.
