Andy Casiello

Andy Casiello is Associate Vice President for Distance Learning at Old Dominion University. In this capacity Casiello is responsible for ODU’s Distance Learning organization, “ODU Online” which delivers more than 100 online degree and certificate programs serving 40% of ODU’s entire student population online. ODU also serves distance students at remote site locations including Community Colleges, military bases and other locations worldwide.

Casiello is currently working toward a PhD in Higher Education Administration at Old Dominion University (completion December 2017). He holds an associate’s degree (AS) in Telecommunications Technology from Springfield Technical Community Colleges, in Springfield, MA, a bachelor’s (BS) degree in Communications from Fitchburg State College, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and a Master of Science degree (MSEd) in Education from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He also completed the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Management Development Program in 2006.
