Brett Cook-Snell

Dr. Cook-Snell is a lecturer within the STEM-PS department of the college of education at Old Dominion University. He uses his PhD in instructional design and technology to inform his teaching. Dr. Cook-Snell’s research interest is universal design for learning focusing on how best to implement accessible instruction for those differently abled and the impact of serious games on student performance. He is currently working on a multi-team, multi-player serious came on global warming. Dr. Cook-Snell is also founder of Change the World, LLC, a crowdfunding platform for undergraduate students seeking to fast track their careers based upon academic merit and social consciousness on global issues. He lives in Norfolk, VA, with his husband, Mark Snell-Cook and their two corgis, Alexander Jack and Atari.
