Dr. Draper is a Provost Fellow for the College of Continuing Education and Professional Development and the Director of Integrated Learning for the Center for High Impact Practices.  Deri’s is focused on an institution-wide Integrative Learning (http://www.aacu.org/summerinstitutes/ild) strategy to promote high impact practices such as learning communities, service learning, ePortfolio, Open Education Resources, and instructional technology strategies that enhance the digital learning experience that serves as a mechanism for student success and employability, institutional assessment, and program evaluation.  Recently her efforts has focused on leading the development of AAC&U’s High Impact Practices to increase teaching effectiveness and an institutional Open Education Resource (OER) initiative through the SCHEV Affordable Pathways Grant to provide students textbook free courses.
